The hotel is located right on the beach front and from the hotel few steps to the beach. The Deluxe A/C rooms are closer to the beach and you can enjoy side view of the sea from the common balcony. There is no direct sea view from the room.

The hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. We allow early check-in if the rooms are not fully booked the previous day. Late check-out is possible if rooms are vacant on the day of check-out

The hotel is located on the beach front. So no vehicle reaches the property. Paid parking facility is available near Hotel Peacock at a walking distance.

Room accommodates two persons and one child. One extra person is permitted with one extra mattress at an additional cost. Extra cot is not possible as the rooms are not big enough to put an extra cot.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the room price. Breakfast is not included in the price and will be billed separately as per order. The guests are provided the following amenities in the room.

1. One bottled water during the stay
2. Bed lenins and blankets (for A/C rooms)
3. Bath towels, bath soap and shampoo
4. Cable TV
5. Sofa set at Common Balcony
6. WiFi Internet in common areas
7. Room service

Breakfast option can be taken while booking. One among the following options is available to choose along with fresh juice / tea / coffee.

1. Toast Butter and Jam or Eggs
2. Appam and veg. curry or egg curry
3. Idli, sambar and chutney
4. Masal dosa or plain dosa, sambar and chutney
5. Puttu (steamed rice cake) and Kadala curry
6. Poori masala

Note: The above breakfast is limited to the budget price. You can order additional restaurant menu items at extra cost.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of token advance paid. Advance is requested to make sure that the guest occupy the rooms booked and to reduce no-shows. Payments can be made using any of the following methods. Please inform the payment details once payment is made.

Yes, cancellation is possible. If cancellations are necessitated, it should be made sufficiently early before check-in date. As cancellations at short notice result in empty rooms, hotel will hold the advance paid. For cancellations made ealier, the hotel will refund the advance paid after holding handling charges. Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details.

The local administration has issued detailed guidelines for curtailing the spread of Covid-19. All travellers are requested to understand and follow the guidelines issued from time to time. Travellers are requested to carry RT-PCR Covid -ve test report taken before starting the journey.

Hotel is not accomodating quarantine guests to make sure safety of guests and staff. Rooms and premises are cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. The hotel insists wearing facemask and use of sanitizers / hand gloves as per the Covid-19 safety guidelines issued by the local administration.

Apart from the sea food restaurants and souvenir shops along the shore line, Kovalam offers various entertainment activities on a seasonal basis. Some are group activities and some are solo. The major activities available on spot are listed below for your information.
